I cannot recommend Dr. Columbus and his team enough! My experience with Lasik surgery was nothing short of incredible.

I had been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old and had always dreamed of being able to see without them. I have a high prescription of -9 since age 14 and debated for a long time on who to trust, and how much I should be paying for something as important as my vision. After researching different surgeons and clinics, I decided to go with Dr. Columbus based on his expertise and his offer. While it was quite a trip from home (nearly 2 hour drive), it was EXTREMELY WORTH IT.
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt at ease. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Columbus himself is an absolute gem. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, answer all of my questions, and address any concerns I had. During the surgery, he was calm, and reassuring. I was amazed at how quick and painless the procedure was. As soon as I got off the table, I was able to read and see clearly without discomfort. It was truly a life-changing moment for me.

I developed DLK (varies from person to person) and Dr. Columbus provided me with detailed instructions on how to take care of my eyes, checked in with me regularly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the recovery period. I have NEVER been able to see this clear in my life and I am so thankful to Dr. Columbus.

I had my Lasik done in September and couldn’t be happier!! The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. Emily was soo nice and answered my 100 million questions without hesitation. Both Dr. Robert and William Columbus were very nice and knowledgeable about the procedure. The feel of the office is very laid back which I like. They offered additional products but didn’t try to push them on me. He said it could take up to two months for the best results but my vision has been excellent since the first week or two.

I’ll admit I’m an anxious person.. I was anxious , before , during, and after the procedure, filled with endless questions.. The staff at Columbus vision has been nothing but kind, and patient with me, and all throughout the process, always there to answer my endless (sometimes repetitive) questions, and reassured me of everything. Everyone was professional, and I couldn’t recommend any place better to go to to get this done. An added touch is that this is a long standing family practice. I had done my homework prior to deciding on getting LASIK, and got a few quotes from a few other places , some of which were corporate in nature. Thank goodness I decided to get a quote from Dr. Columbus ! The other places failed to advise me ,due to astigmatism, I was not an eligible candidate for LASIK, however required PRK ! I’m thankful for Dr Columbus,& his staff 🙂
